Northfield Board of Health approves construction permits, orders tobacco sales enforcement action. The board unanimously approved a well permit for 20 Pine Road and voted to approve septic design and permit applications for two Mt Hermon Station Road properties, with one member abstaining. Chair David Balk was directed to write an enforcement letter concerning a tobacco sales violation.

The board also continues investigating housing violations at a Strowbridge Road property following neighbor concerns.
