Board of Sewer Commissioners approves MCC electrical panel bid and siphon engineering

Northfield Sewer Commission approves engineering contracts and advances major infrastructure bids. The Board of Sewer Commissioners unanimously approved a $12,500 preliminary engineering quote from Evenflo engineering and formalized the MCC electrical panel bid process with opening scheduled for April 9. Chair Karen Boudreau and Chief Operator Isaac Golding will present to the Board of Health on March 25 regarding a proposed well and town water supply option for the waterline project, with engineering estimates ranging from $600,000 to $900,000.
The commission approved a $3 per EDU rate increase for FY27.
