Conservation Commission · Meeting of April 15, 2026
Northfield Conservation Commission backs open space preservation deal. Chair Bill Llewelyn and the commission unanimously endorsed a conservation restriction for 82 acres at 757 Old Wendell Road, with a commitment to send an endorsement letter to the Selectboard. ConsCom also unanimously approved trail accessibility improvements at Alderbrook Meadows Wildlife Sanctuary and scheduled May 20 hearings for a home project and riverbank maintenance work.
