Northfield Council on Aging Advances Director Hiring With Six Applicants, Plans June Start. Chair Margaret Livingstone reported the Council received six applications for director through March 30, with interviews and prescreening in April and a June 1 target start date. The Council unanimously approved February meeting minutes and the treasurer's report.
Board members met with the Finance Committee on March 9 to advocate for a new part-time position supporting Director Colleen Letourneau, and the tax work-off subcommittee is pursuing approval to increase the annual work-off from $1,000 to $1,500 per household.
