Northfield library board unanimously approves updated behavior policy for patron conduct standards. The six-member Board of Library Trustees unanimously approved a revised Behavior Policy for Dickinson Memorial Library establishing rules that prohibit disruptive behavior, smoking, vaping, and weapons, and require children under 8 to be accompanied by an adult. The policy also regulates food and beverage consumption in the library.

In related business, the board scheduled a carpet replacement project for late February estimated at 7,173.75 dollars, funded through library trust accounts and State Aid.
