None of the deeds had a sale price recorded, so no price range or median can be reported for the period. Pierson Road saw the most activity, with three transfers, followed by Millers Falls Road with two. Banks or lending institutions, including Greenfield Savings Bank, Greenfield Cooperative Bank and PeoplesBank, were listed as sellers in five of the 11 transactions, and Lead Bank was the listed buyer in one. Deed records did not include property type or size data for any transfer this period.
