Northfield Home Sales Range From $250,000 To $600,000 In July, Most Prices Undisclosed

Twelve properties changed hands in Northfield between July 3 and Aug. 1, according to Franklin County Registry of Deeds records, but only three transactions disclosed a sale price. Those three ranged from $250,000 to $600,000, with a median of $512,000. The month's largest disclosed sale was 173 Main St., which sold for $600,000 on July 7 from Shawn R. and Melissa M. Foster to Citizens Bank NA. Main Street had the most activity of any street, with three recorded transfers. Banks were a party -- buyer or seller -- in half of the month's deeds, and several other transfers involved the same family or a trust.
