Those three ranged from $250,000 to $600,000, with a median of $512,000. The month's largest recorded sale was 173 Main St., which sold for $600,000 on July 7 from Shawn R. and Melissa M. Foster to Citizens Bank NA. Main Street had the most activity of any street, with three recorded transfers. Banks were a party -- buyer or seller -- in half of the month's deeds, and several other transfers involved the same family or a trust.
