Northfield home sales range from under $10,000 to $470,000 in August
Northfield recorded 13 property transfers between Aug. 7 and Sept. 5, but only five deeds disclosed a sale price. Those ranged from $9,268 to $470,000, with a median of $125,000. The month's top sale was 459 Millers Falls Road at $470,000, sold by Jason and Laura Turner to Ariel Dwyer. Millers Falls Road and Mountain Road each saw two transfers. Three deeds listed a bank as buyer, and one involved an estate seller. With eight of 13 deeds carrying no listed price, the full scope of August's market activity in dollar terms remains unclear from available records.
