Those four ranged from $110,000 to $470,000, with a median of $214,500. The top sale was 459 Millers Falls Rd. at $470,000, sold by Jason and Laura Turner to Ariel Dwyer. Three of the four priced sales went to banks, including Greenfield Savings Bank and Greenfield Cooperative Bank. Nine transfers, including two nominal-consideration transfers not counted as sales, have yet to show a recorded price, making a full market read premature.
