The month's top transaction was 459 Millers Falls Road, which sold for $470,000 on Aug. 10 from Jason and Laura Turner to Ariel Dwyer. Two additional transfers were recorded for nominal consideration and are not counted as sales, while seven others await pricing in registry data. With such a small number of priced sales, the data does not support broader conclusions about market tone this period.
