Northfield Records 16 Property Transfers as Most Sale Prices Go Undisclosed

Northfield recorded 16 property transfers between July 24 and Aug. 22, but only four deeds disclosed a sale price, ranging from $9,268 to $470,000 with a median of $117,500 among those four. The month's top sale was 459 Millers Falls Road, which sold for $470,000 on Aug. 10 from Jason and Laura Turner to Ariel Dwyer. Millers Falls Road saw three separate transfers during the period, more than any other street. With price data available for just a quarter of recorded transactions, and several transfers involving banks or an estate, the available records don't support a clear read on overall market direction this month.
