The top transaction was 459 Millers Falls Rd., which sold for $470,000 to Ariel Dwyer from sellers Jason and Laura Turner. Two other deeds were nominal-consideration transfers, not market sales. Six transfers involved banks or mortgage entities as a buyer or seller. With 11 of 16 deeds still missing price data, the period's overall market tone cannot yet be fully assessed.
