The sole priced transaction, 33 Warwick Rd., sold for $50,000 on Oct. 5, making it both the lowest and highest figure in the current dataset. The other six transfers, including properties on Old Bernardston Road, Hidden Pond Lane, Mount Hermon Station Road, Millers Falls Road and a second Warwick Road address, have prices pending at the registry. Several transactions involved banks or mortgage servicers as buyers or sellers. With pricing data this sparse, the month's overall market tone cannot yet be assessed.
