Twelve properties changed hands in Northfield between Sept. 25 and Oct. 24, but only one deed, the $190,000 sale of 56 Lyman Hill Road to Freedom Credit Union, carries a recorded sale price so far; the other 11 remain price not yet available.

Warwick Road and Hidden Pond Lane each saw two transfers, and roughly half the period's deeds involved banks or credit unions as buyer or seller, including Greenfield Cooperative Bank and Bank of America. Several other transfers appear to move property within the same family or into a trust. With pricing data still largely pending, the period's overall market tone cannot yet be assessed from the available figures.
