Recreation Commission · Meeting of April 1, 2026

Northfield Recreation Commission unanimously approves $250 donation for tennis court resurfacing. The April 1 commission meeting approved funding to support maintenance of clay courts at Thomas Aquinas College, thanking the college and the Ridge community for organizing the facility for resident use. Spring recreation programs are underway with diverse offerings across age groups; Coach Pitch Baseball is the sole program that did not launch due to insufficient youth registrations and volunteer availability.

The commission is interviewing candidates for two Summer Program Counselor positions for its Out-of-School Program.
