Recreation Commission launches first April vacation program

Northfield Recreation Commission launches its first April vacation program for spring. The commission unanimously approved previous minutes and authorized the new offering. Director Stacy Bond reported the volunteer appreciation dinner is scheduled for March 21, and the commission is recruiting two summer program counselors with a hiring committee now formed.
Spring sports include baseball, flag football, Mountain Bike Club, softball, and a track club.
