Northfield Select Board unanimously selected PMA Consultants as the top finalist to serve as Owners Project Manager for the planned Emergency Medical Services building project. Town Administrator Andrea Llamas will request a fee proposal from PMA and assemble a contract negotiation team including Fire Chief Dunnell, EMS Chief Matt Wolkenbreit, Chair Barbara Jacque, Member Dan Campbell, and Llamas. The board also appointed Tara Miller as part-time Assistant Town Clerk at $22.92 an hour effective July 20, hired Amanda Zellman as Recreation Summer Program Director, and filled multiple committee positions including appointments to the Zoning Board of Appeals, Flag Committee, and Conservation Commission.
