NORTHFIELD — Board of Sewer Commissioners advances FY27 budget review amid aging plant concerns. Chief Operator Isaac Golding reported on capital projects including electrical panel upgrades, water line work near the railroad, and the Mill Street Siphon project; he noted the aging treatment plant regularly requires emergency repairs.
