Nine Northfield deeds recorded in September, most sale prices still pending
Nine Northfield properties changed hands between Sept. 4 and Oct. 3, but only four deeds carried a recorded sale price by this report, ranging from $40,000 to $285,600 with a $50,000 median among those four. The period's top recorded sale was an unaddressed Northfield property at $285,600, sold by Frances De Luca Hadsel to Rocket Mortgage LLC and Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems Inc. Five transfers, including properties on Glenwood Avenue and Highland Avenue, still show price not yet available. Banks or credit unions appeared as buyer in three of the nine transfers, a pattern worth watching as more price data posts in coming weeks.
