Northfield September Deed Filings Mostly Await Recorded Sale Prices
Northfield recorded 11 property transfers between Aug. 21 and Sept. 19, but sale prices have posted for only two so far: $31,000 and $65,000, a median of $48,000. The top recorded sale was 213 Birnam Rd at $65,000, sold Sept. 2 from Ronald and Evelyn Barfitt to Traders Trust Co. and T Bank. Birnam, Hinsdale and Millers Falls roads each saw two transfers. Nine of the 11 sales still lack recorded prices, which typically post within about a week, so the period's full dollar volume isn't yet clear from available data.
