Northfield Records 12 Property Transfers as Sale Prices Go Mostly Not Yet Recorded
Northfield recorded 12 property transfers between July 17 and Aug. 15, but only one deed had a sale price recorded: $470,000 for 459 Millers Falls Road, sold by Jason and Laura Turner to Ariel Dwyer on Aug. 10. Because 11 of 12 transfers carried no listed price, the reported price range and median both reflect that single sale rather than the broader market. Millers Falls Road saw three separate transfers during the period, the only street with more than one. Several deeds involved banks or mortgage-related entities, and one was an estate transfer. Overall market tone cannot be assessed from price data alone given the low recording rate this period.
